It’s been far too long since we’ve posted! Spring hit and life got crazy, but we’re back in full force. DK just got back from Palm Springs and was really inspired by the summer style that he saw there. Needless to say, we are super excited for all of the great street style that we will be seeing over the next few months. Cheers to a promising summer season!

Yesterday, I was doing research on spring floral arrangements for a work event and these are some of the images I pulled for inspiration. It made me really excited that spring is finally here! My boss even said I could keep some of the arrangements for my apartment! You should all go pick up some flowers and get excited about spring too!

We love when hotels go the extra mile to make their space both modern and comfortable. The Daniel Hotel in Vienna is a prime example of our ideal place to stay! It’s clean, bright, modern, inviting, and interesting. We wish we could be there right now!!

This party in a box is SO cool! We wish we had designed it. What a great idea for a fun and unique invitation.

I just moved and I am SUPER excited to order this amazing glass terrarium for my new apartment. I think I’m going to fill it with succulents and hang it in front of my bedroom window. I will be sure to take pictures of it once it’s complete! I also love the idea of displaying flowers in untraditional ways. I really like the vases in the last two images.

This art exhibit is insane! A gigantic angled mirror allows people to lay down on the ground and look as if they are hanging from a building. So innovative and incredibly constructed!

We are thrilled that fashion week starts tomorrow in NY!!! All of the designers will be showcasing their Fall 2012 clothing and we’re sure it’s going to be amazing. I feel very fortunate to be able to shoot backstage again this season and I can’t wait to see what trends are headed our way. I will be sure to post some images as soon as I can! Refinery 29 just created a great post about the invites for this week’s shows and we had to share them with you! We especially like the Louboutin invite that doubles as a mask. SO cool!

We are loving these illustrations and pillows inspired by Brooklyn! The creativity in Brooklyn is astonishing. This will certainly not be our last post about best New York borough. 

This is one of the oldest tricks in the photography handbook, but that doesn’t mean we love them any less! They are tasteful and interesting with great composition. (Apparently we are on a photography kick, since our last few posts have been about photographers. We will switch it up next week!)

Interview Magazine is on fire right now. They re-branded not too long ago and are better than ever with new and improved photography. Not only are their images huge and glamourous in print, they are also huge and glamourous online. They are one of the few publications that post large scale pictures and we love them for that. Did someone say Pinterest? Yes, their site is perfect for your Pinterest boards. 

Dane Shitagi’s photography is so amazing. We love the contrast between the structure of the city and the subtle strength of the dancers. 

We are loving these charming images of Kate Spade’s home. Yes, the real Kate Spade. The woman who has recently made a huge comeback in the fashion industry. Her brand has really been on the up and up as of late and we couldn’t be more thrilled for her. As for her home, well we think it’s awesome. Eclectic and comfortable, it feels as if it’s truly been lived in.
